Woman's really need to take some time out for themselves, because if woman in the family is is fit ,she can make her whole family fit and healthy.

Being too tired and lack of time are main reason , woman's won't give importance to fitness.

You can reduce your chances of falling by exercising to build your muscle strength and improve your balance. Exercise can also slow the rate of bone loss, which reduces the risk of fractures from osteoporosis.

By sticking to a regular fitness program, women in decision making positions find it easier to perform their jobs and will be able to better deal with the stress.

Staying physically fit can aid in every moves made throughout the day.

For some women, bone loss happens faster than for others. In fact, a woman can lose up to 20% of her bone density during the five – seven years following menopause. If you lose bone quickly, you have a greater chance of developing osteoporosis.

Estrogen is a sex hormone that is essential to female bone health because it promotes the activity of osteoblasts, which are cells that produce bone. When estrogen levels drop during menopause, the osteoblasts aren't able to effectively produce bone.
