Allipade, Bantwal:  St Antony English Medium School, Allipade, celebrated its  Patron’s Day on June 17, 2025 with great joy and reverence. 

The celebration began with a prayer service seeking blessings for the day, followed by a graceful welcome dance. A floral tribute was presented at the statue of Saint Antony, the school’s beloved patron as a symbol of love and reverence. 

Lita of Class IV shared meaningful thoughts about the significance of the day, while Reshal of Class VII and Lavisha of Class V narrated the inspiring life and legacy of St Antony. 

Rev. Fr Robert Dsouza, the Correspondent of the school addressed the staff and students, emphasizing the role of a patron saint as a guiding and protective presence in our lives. He encouraged the students to follow the virtues of Saint Anthony in our lives.

The first issue of the school magazine, Antonite 2024–25, was released,  which is showcasing the academic and creative achievements of the students. 

The assembly concluded with the National Anthem, instilling a sense of pride and unity. Sahith of Class VII compered the programme and Rion of Class VII proposed the vote of thanks. 

Naveen Moras, the Vice president of the Parish council was present for the programme. The event was a grand success, thanks to the guidance of Headmistress Sr Lavina Veigas and the dedicated efforts of Joyce Valder the Class IV teacher, who mentored the students with care. 

The day was truly a memorable and meaningful occasion, bringing the school community together in a spirit of faith, unity, and celebration.
