Mangaluru: June 26: Headmasters and Principals Association organized Educational Conference on 26-06-2025 at Rosario cultural hall.
The guests were DDPI Govinda Madivala, Rev. Fr. Robert Dsouza, P. P, Allipade church, Bantwal, Rajalakshmi K., Principal (DIET), Sumangala Naik, Dy.S,S,K, Stany Barretto, Former Vice Principal of Milagres School, Lakshmi Narayana, SSLC Nodal officer, D.K.,Venkatesh, Incharge BEO, Belthangady, Aloysius Dsouza, Honorary President of MCHMPA, Jayavanthi Soans, President of MCHMPA, Jayashree, President of DKHMPA, Matilda Dcosta, Secretary of MCHMPA were present.
On this occasion, retired HMs of member schools were felicitated, School toppers of SSLC 2024-25 from Schools , HMs of schools secured 100% result were honoured.
Programme commenced with the prayer by the students of St. Rita English Medium School, Cascia. Welcome address delivered by Jayavanthi Soans. The programme was inaugurated by lighting the lamp.
Rev. Fr. Robert Dsouza addressed the gathering by highlighting the selfless efforts of school HMs and Teachers. And also gave a message to students to be a good citizen and contribute their service to the nation.
DDPI Govinda Madivala appreciated the students for their hard work and also the schools who have put in their selfless efforts. He congratulated DK district for being in the first place and suggested to concentrate on the students scoring the lowest marks.
Rajalakshmi addressed the gathering and congratulated toppers and HMs for their exceptional success.
Stany Baretto honoured the toppers by sponsoring Rs. 50,000 to the students of the English and Kannada Medium schools. Surekha sponsored Rs. 10,000 for female Kannada Medium school topper.
DDPI Govinda Madivala and DIET Principal Rajalakshmi were honoured for Dakshina Kannada securing the first place in the SSLC Board Examination.
The programme concluded with the vote of thanks by Matilda Dcosta, the secretary of MCHMPA.
Soon after the conference, the Annual General Body Meeting was held.
