Mangalore: The Mangalore Catholic Co-operative Bank Ltd, organised a Christmas celebration at White Doves, Maroli 2019.
Anil Lobo, Chairman of MCC Bank presided over the programme, Corrine Rasquinha, founder and president of White Doves and M.P.Noronha renouned lawyer and legal advisor of the bank were the chief guests.
The Programme began with a Christmas welcome Song by staff members of MCC Bank.
The chairman of MCC Bank Anil Lobo welcomed the gathering. In his presidential address he opined that the true christmas celebration is in sharing and caring for the needy. He emphasized MCC Bank always believes in growth but never neglect the needy. He appreciated the efforts of “White Doves” in giving the selfless service to the society
Sylvia Lobo who retired from service in the month of November after serving the bank for 36 years, was honoured by the bank for her selfless service.Maan Patr was read by Wilma Moras, staff of our Morgansgate branch. Kum. Sylvia Lobo thanked all the management and her collegues for their affection, love and support during her service to the bank.
Corrine Rasquinha, founder and president of White Doves was felicitated by the bank for her enduring, tireless and selfless service to the society. In reply to the felicitation Corrine thanked the management and staff of MCC Bank. She recalled the miraculous happenings in her life and praised the almighty God for all the achievement throughout her life.
Deryl Lasrado, manager of Hampankatta branch conducted games to all, followed by Carol singing and skit by staff members of MCC Bank
The performances of inmates of White Doves was largely appreciated and acknowledged.
Star of the day Santa Claus concluded the cultural programme.
Children, as well as elders, enjoyed the Christmas celebrations with Christmas carols, songs, jokes and Santa Claus presented by MCC Bank employees. Celebration concluded with dinner.
