For those who are interested to come in for the health check, here are few pointers that need to be followed prior to the check up.
1. Over-night fasting required for 8-10 hours
2. Report to the reception counter near the MRD between 7:30am and 8am in an empty stomach (only water can be taken)
3. Avoid wearing tight clothes and shoes. Wear loose clothes and easily removable footwear.
4. Avoid smoking, alcohol consumption for a minimum of 12 hours before the health check.
5. Bring-in earlier reports and medical records.
6. Doctor consultation will be provided and opinions will be based on the health check up results
7. Any further test as recommended by the consultant doctors will not be included in the health package and will require payment.
8. The reports could be mailed or WatsApp’d on request to save paper.
