Neermarga – The faithful gathered at St. Joseph the Worker Church in Neermarga to commemorate Good Friday, a significant day in the Christian liturgical calendar. The solemn observance began with the traditional Passion of Christ reading and the veneration of the Holy Cross, as parishioners came together to reflect on the suffering and sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
The main celebrant for the service was Fr. Anil Lobo, who led the congregation in prayers and hymns, reminding all present of the deep significance of Christ’s passion and death for the salvation of humanity. "This day calls us to reflect on the depths of God’s love for us, a love so deep that it led Christ to give His life for our redemption," Fr. Lobo said in his homily.
