Mangalore: St Agnes PU College management and staff organised a farewell programme for Namitha Shetty, Lecturer in Chemistry with 27 years of experience, Jeshma DSouza, Lecturer in English with 12 years of experience and Sharline DSouza, Lecturer in Statistics with 4 years of experience on 27th March 2023 at 11.30 am. The programme began invoking God’s blessings followed by a welcome accorded by Pragati Shetty, Lecturer in Physics. Shailaja spoke eloquently about Namitha mentioning her hard work, selfless service and contribution to the institution.
Jyothi Pinto highlighted the contributions of Jeshma while Crystal Fernandes expressed the joy of working with Sharline for the last 4 years. Namitha, eshma and Sharline expressed their sentiments and thanked the management and staff for their support and guidance. The management acknowledged their genuine contribution towards the institution by offering them token of love and gratitude in the form of a gift. The staff rendered a song asking for grace and blessings to be showered upon the outgoing staff. Jeevan gave the vote of thanks and the programme was compered by Lavina Aranha. The programme ended with a fellowship meal.
