Mangalore : The Inauguration of Council, associations and clubs for the academic year 2019-20 . The program began with an invocation led by the college choir. Cassin Rodrigues, Vice Principal welcomed the dignitaries and introduced guests. Chief guest Rev. Fr Kenneth Crasta Principal St Joseph ITI jeppu, Rev. Fr Joseph Lobo Correspondent of Milagres Educational Institutions, Rev. Fr Michael Santhumayor, Principal, Prof. Lourdusamy, Academic advisor, Cicilia Pereira, Vice President, Parish Pastoral Parishad, Lavina lobo, PTA President, Ivin D’Souza President -Elect, Ian Rodrigues Vice President-Elect, Nisarga, Secretary-Elect, Simran, Joint Secretary-Elect, were present.
The Dignitaries inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp. The Principal administered the Oath of office to Ivin D’Souza and to other office bearers of Student council. Chief Guest Rev. Fr Kenneth Crasta in his address said that leaders are not born but made, he emphasised on the aspects of team building through effective leadership quoting Helen Keller quote “ALONE WE CAN ACHIVE LITTLE, TOGETHER MORE.”. Rev. Fr Joseph Lobo in his Presidential remark congratulated the office bearers of student council and advised the office bearers to work as a team.
The Programme was compered by Natasha a final year B.Sc (HS) student and Ashwitha HOD of FND, proposed the vote of thanks.
