Wellington, April 30: A 6.2-magnitude earthquake struck off the west coast of New Zealand at 1 a.m. local time, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicentre was recorded at a depth of 10 km off the coast of New Zealand, 187 miles southwest of the country. But the earthquake was not felt in New Zealand, the country's Geological Survey said.
