Bengaluru: The notification for the state assembly elections will be published tomorrow Apr 13, 2023 and the submission of nomination papers will start from tomorrow.
April 20 is the last day for submission of nomination papers and scrutiny of nomination papers will be held on April 21.
April 24 is the last day to withdraw nomination papers, voting is on May 10, and the results will be announced on May 13.
Polling will be held in a single phase in the state on May 10, and preparations for assembly elections will begin tomorrow with the announcement of the notification. All kinds of measures have been taken by the Election Commission to conduct transparent and fair elections. There are 5.24 crore voters in the state including 2.63 crore male and 2.60 crore female voters.
