Mangaluru: Parent Teacher Association (PTA) Annual General Body Meeting of University Evening College, Mangaluru 2020-21 was held in Ravindra Kala Bhavan.
Savithri A. – Working President of PTA 2019-20 said, Parents should be like a friend to their children. When a teacher and a parent encourage a student, they will be at ease and can think of a bright future.
Dr. Subhashini Srivatsa – Principal of University Evening College said, If a student has to achieve academically, a teacher has to be dedicated, a student should get inspired and the enthusiasm of a parent towards hope is very important. When one stops studying, he tends to miss his path towards a planned future.
The teacher representative of the executive committee Madhushree read the annual report.
The Treasurer Dr. A Siddique presented the annual audited accounts of the association. The selection of office Bearers for the academic year 2020-21was conducted by Dr. Jayavanth Nayak – Secretary of PTA
Chandrakala – Newly elected Working President, Manjunath – Vice President and Gunavathi – Joint Secretary were present on stage.
Mohamed Rizawan welcomed, Mr. Santhosh rendered the Vote of Thanks to the gathering, Latha Santhosh compered the programme and Dr. Rathi invoked God’s blessings.
