Mangalore: On 28th December, 2021, Union Bank of India Regional Office Mangalore conducted NRI meet at Hotel Moti Mahal. This meet witnessed the presence of Ravindra Babu, General Manager & Zonal Head Mangaluru, E Pulla Rao, Deputy Zonal Head and Mahesha J, Regional Head and other Union Bank Officials.CA S.S Nayak, Immediate Past Chairman of ICAI Mangaluru was the chief guest. Elite and distinguished NRI customers attended the meet with family members. Ravindra Babu, GM and Zonal Head addressed the gathering and expressed his gratitude to the customers for supporting the Bank. Mahesha J welcomed the gathering and E Pulla Rao and his TEAM explained about the bank’s products.
CA S.S. Nayak briefed about “Do’s & Dont’s for NRI’s ” and interacted with the customers and clarified their doubts regarding Taxation and Investment matters. Jayaraju S, Deputy Regional Head Mangaluru rendered the Vote of Thanks. The programme continued with entertainment and cultural events followed by dinner.
It is the tradition of the Bank to conduct NRI Meet every year when NRI’s and their family come on vacation to their hometown normally in the month of December.
