'Congress party manipulating the public', this statement from BJP party does not suit them and its a shame on BJP party said DK District Congress president and sitting MLC Harish Kumar.

Speaking in the press meet held at Congress Office Mallikatta, Mangalore today, he continued " During the pandemic keeping the problems infront of the public and showing government's mismanagement is not manipulating the public. It looks like BJP cannot take in public frustration and instead working towards the covid crisis they are striving hard to protect the Prime Minister Modi image infront of the public. Today's situation of the public clearly shows the 'double engine' government both at central and state BJP government has failed to handle the covid crisis".

"At the same time Congress party workers are helping the people as much as possible and working day and night. The youth association of the party is distributing lunch packets, covid kits, medical kit, free ambulances to the needy. They have also done the cremation of the covid bodies. Past one month Congress party has distributed more than 10,000 kits to the needy families. In Mangalore, Ullal, Bantwal, Nanthoor more than 4000 food packets water bottles has been distributed to street wonderers, beggers, truck drivers by Mithun Rai and team. Free vaccine drive has conducted at 2 places in Mangalore by Ivan Dsouza and also blood donation camps has been conducted by Mithun Rai."

Further he said "Shaortage of covid vaccine is seen in Mangalore also the number people taking vaccine shots are also decreasing. The BJP party should check on these problems and encourage more people to take the covid vaccine and this should start first from BJP party workers and leaders."
