God has blessed this institute in another unique mission that is “Snehalaya Mannah”. St. Mother Teresa who is also called as ‘Saint of the Gutter’ tells us “If you can’t feed a hundred people then just feed one”. It was her inspiration for me to take up this task. One day it happened me to visit Govt Hospital, where I saw the struggles of the people for food. At that moment God has opened my eyes to feel the hunger of poor people.  On 14th August 2015 by the grace of God I started this mission as ‘Snehalaya Mannah’ through which it achieved its success in reaching the poor. The free mid day meals “mannah” is provided for 700 persons attending on the patients at Wenlock Mangalore since past 4 years without any brake. The Govt Hospital provides food only for the patients and not for the care takers. 90% of the sick who visited the hospital came from remote areas of Karnataka.

To cater various needs of the poor, needy, hungry and abandoned people we need your support in the form of money and in kind.  For example every Rs.100/- received by you for our mid-day meals help us to feed another 10 extra people at the cost of Rs.10.00 per person. Every rupee we receive by cash/Cheque or in kind is utilized with utmost care to meet the requirements of various Snehalaya’s mission.

Every day it requires 1qtl rice and 30 qtl rice for a month, as the price is gone high, Snehalaya has requesting you for the financial support to buy rice, kindly support Snehalaya Mannah to feed the hunger of poor people.
