Mangalore:  “Abhang Sandhya” a Krishna Bhajan program was organized on Saturday, 10-12-2022 at Shri Krishna Balarama Mandir, ISKCON Temple, PVS Kalakunja, Mangalore. Bangalore's renowned Hindustani classical music singer, Artist Shankar Shanbhogue praised the almighty with many bhajans with his melodious voice. Renowned fellow artists Shri Hemant Bhagvat [Harmonium], Lokesh [Flute],  Rajesh Bhagvat [Tabla], Shridat Prabhu [Pakkawas] and  Dhanashree Prabhu [Tal] were the accompanists.

This programme was sponsored by Rajendra Pawar and  Anuja Rajendra Pawar. CA S S Nayak and  P. Suresh Shenoy coordinated the program. The program was organised by the Management of Krishna Balaram Mandir, ISKCON temple, PVS Kalakunj, Mangalore.

Shankar Shanbhogue mesmerized the audience by his melodious Marathi, Kannada and Hindi Bhajans. The audience rejoiced the music and felt the divine grace of Lord Krishna himself through the abhangs. At the end of the programme,   Gunakara Ramdasa Swamiji the head of the ISCKON temple at PVS Kalakunj honoured Shankar Shanbogue and all other artists, Ravindra Pawar and Anuja Rajendra Pawar, CA S S Nayak and  P. Suresh Shenoy. The programme concluded with the “Sandhya Aarti” and Bhojana Parsadam. The event was hosted by CA Yashashwini K Amin and Sahana.
