Omzoor, Sept 06: The Holy Family Church, Omzoor, witnessed a spiritually enriching celebration on the Eighth day of the Novena in preparation for the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Devotees from the parish and children gathered in large numbers to offer prayers and participate in the Eucharistic celebration.
The novena began with the Novena prayers and Mass. The main celebrant for the Eucharist was Fr. William Menezes and con-celebrant Fr. Victor Dsouza, who in his homily highlighted the virtues of Mother Mary and encouraged the faithful to emulate her unwavering faith and obedience to God’s will.Floral offerings by children were a touching sight, symbolizing innocence and devotion.
