Mangalore, September 30 - "The government has released the e-Sanjeevini App for the general public to seek advice from doctors on common cough, common cold and flu and other health problems. The public should take advantage of it" said Kota Srinivas Poojary.

"In Mangalore district, 24 specialist doctors are already working in app. Over 100 patients from outer district have been contacted and treated through video. There is a good team of doctors in Karnataka are working. Public can contact doctors in any district of the state."

"To Contact Doctors Download the app 'E-Sanjeevini OPD' from Mobile's Play Store or register on Google as E-Sanjeevini OPD. The patients can explain their health issues to the doctor who comes in contact with the web video and they will write the treatment. Health problems other than Covid can be found at home and treated."

"While Entering the mobile number during patient registration in the app OTP number will come up. "

"If you enter this OTP, the Registration application opens. Enter the patient's name, gender, age, mobile number and address. This will get the token number. Give the token number and the doctor can be contacted via video call. The service is available daily from 10 am to 5 pm. Once registered, there is no need to do it again."

"The government has come forward to offer online treatment through e-Sanjeevini App, with the aim of making it easier for the public to get good treatment at the fingertips from the public health perspective." District-In-Charge minister Kota Srinivas Poojary has appealed to the public to take advantage of it.
