New Delhi: Security forces have demolished the house of Dr. Umar Nabi, a suspected car bomb attack suspect near Delhi's Red Fort, in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district, officials said.

Authorities have razed Dr. Umar Nabi's house in a major overnight operation in south Kashmir's Pulwama.

After the blast, Jammu and Kashmir Police conducted overnight raids and arrested six people, including three members of Dr. Umar's family. His identity was confirmed after DNA samples collected from the blast site matched those of Umar's mother.

Investigators have also confirmed that Umar was the only one in the car at the time of the blast. The car bomb attack near the Red Fort on Nov 10 had killed 12 people and injured several others.
