The H1B visa is especially used by the IT and tech industries. Companies related to computer software and hardware hire employees from many countries, including India, China, and Canada, to work in their offices in the United States. The H1B visa allows them to come and work in the United States. That is, there is a direct relationship between employment and this visa. Since 2012, more than 60 percent of H1B visas have been approved for employees in tech-related fields every year. 65,000 H1B visas are issued annually for jobs that require a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
