Mangalore: On January 26, 2021 when the Staff of Konaje Police Station were examining CCTV footages in at Pilikoor Village Talapady, two persons moving suspiciously were seen. They were secured and were interrogated. They confessed that they had broken open the Hundi of Arasu Mundithaya Temple of Malar in the year 2020.
They also confessed to have broken open the Hundi at Madur on the morning of 15-01-2021. Also they agreed that they had committed the theft at Deralakatte Aiyappa Swamy Temple Seva Counter and of soiling the saffron flag at Gopalkrishna Temple of Perande of Konaje The accused have been identified as Mohammed Suhail,19 years and Nizamuddin 21 years residents of Talapady.

It has come to light that the accused were the perpetrators of the above crimes. From the accused were recovered one Deo Scooter, Hundi Boxes of temples, one knife and spanner used in commission of the offences. The net value of the seized items is about Rs 35000/
