She said that Atal Canteens will be the soul of Delhi, it has been established with the aim that no one should go to bed hungry.

What's on the menu? 45 Atal Canteens have been launched across Delhi today. The remaining 55 canteens will be inaugurated in the coming days. These canteens serve two meals a day - between 11 am and 4 pm and between 6:30 pm and 9:30 pm, serving a thali meal for about 500 people. It includes dal, rice, chapati, vegetable dal and pickle.

Digital token system for meal distribution: The Delhi government has introduced a digital token system for meal distribution. Instead of collecting coupons by humans, digital coupons have been arranged.
