New York, Dec 05: US President Donald Trump, who did not listen to anyone, has issued a new order, making significant changes to the rules regarding H-1B and H-4 visas.

The US, which has issued an official statement in this regard, has clarified that it reserves the right to reject the application of anyone who is involved in censorship of free speech.

The order, which was sent to all US missions on December 2, “directs US consular officers to review the resumes or LinkedIn profiles of H-1B applicants and accompanying family members. It also states that the applicant must ensure that they have worked in areas that include disinformation, fact-checking, compliance, and online safety.

If you find evidence that an applicant is responsible for or has participated in the censorship of protected expression in the US, you may conclude that the applicant is ineligible. The order states that you have the right to deny the application under a specific section of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

In this way, President Donald Trump, who is implementing a strict rule, has now asked all applicants to make their social media accounts public.

Earlier, only students and short-term visitors to the US were required to make their accounts public. Now, it has been extended to H-1B and H-4 visas.

The reason for this is The US has said that 'social media accounts will be checked to ensure that applicants are not a threat to national security. Through this, it has been said that eligibility for a visa will also be determined on the basis of the post.

Along with this, the US government has decided to check whether the applicants have anti-American sentiments? Whether they support such people, based on posts and comments, from December 15.
