Mangalore; At last the Cloudy skies have opened up, since late last evening and the rains are just pouring down non stop, as if the skies are about to fall!.
These are not the normal Monsoon rains, but due to the Depration in the Bay of Bengal and after effect of the Cyclonic Storm, over Orissa!. where as the Mangalore rains, which begin around the first week of June.
However Our inexperienced M C C Civil Engineers have done such clumsy work, with out first constructing the "Storm Water Drains!", one can see in the pictures that are posted! and shamelessly, we are claiming to Build " Smart City of Mangalore!".where the Cars, Bikes, Scooters, have to way through knee deep water!, what a disgusting site!.
