Mangalore:- Canara HSBC life Insurance Company which is having an MOU with Karnataka Vikas Grameena Bank (KVGB) has designed a guaranteed income plan with 11 time risk coverage and P Gopi Krishna, Chairman, KVGB has released the new plan “ Guaranteed Income 4 Life” at Mangalore on Wednesday.
Releasing the product he said that Canara HSBC Life Insurance has rolled ‘Guaranteed Income 4 Life’ plan to ensure life insurance coverage and financial protection for the family of policyholders. The new plan would ensure guaranteed benefits and income for life. The plan is a non-linked and which not only offers an individual the opportunity to secure his/her life but also allows one to have regular income to take care of both long-term and short-term financial goals. He also said that this plan will be lauded by the customers of the Bank and it will help them to meet their financial goals with ease when interest rates on other financial instruments are bare minimum at the moment.
Ragavendra Dharwadkar, Regional head for Canara HSBC life Insurance co. said that 'Guaranteed Income 4 Life' plan can be customised as per the policy holder’s needs, in terms of premium payments or income, and individual’s life stage. Under the Guaranteed Income 4 Life plan, the policyholder will get features like lifelong protection, back-up for fulfilling child’s education needs, preparing for early retirement or providing extra income to make sure every promise is fulfilled.This Policy offers guaranteed Long-term income ranging from 15 age of 99 years he added.
Training Manager of the Insurance Co. Raghavendra Kulakarni while explaining the Key features of the Plan said that it is flexible policy and the age of the entry is 3 to 65 years. It covers 11 times of the initial premium and there will be Guaranteed & assured fixed income ranging from 15 years to 99 years. For Income tax payers concession are available both 80c & 10(10)D he added.
