Mangalore:- The IQAC of Milagres College organized a faculty development programme “Strategic Planning for the faculty of Milagres College, PUC section, PTA members and student representatives on January 16, 2021.
The Correspondent Rev Fr Bonaventure Nazareth presided and inaugurated the programme. In his message he said that “Quality of any institution depends on its faculty. Therefore, it is necessary to enrich quality and build the institution”.
The resource person for this session was Prof Aloysius H Sequeira, Dean, Dept of Management, NITK Surathkal. He dealt with the topic ‘Strategic Planning’. Strategic planning is a vision of institutions future for which a good plan with precise goals and objectives with desired outcomes is necessary.
Campus Director Rev Fr Michael Santhumayor welcomed the gathering. PUC Principal John Pais, Academic Advisor Prof Lourdusamy were present for the programme. Degree Vice Principal Cassin Rodrigues proposed the vote of thanks. The IQAC Coordinator Denzil D’Costa compeered the programme.
