Mangalore:- The CA members get together -2021 of Mangaluru Branch was held on 05-03-2021 at Abbakka Queen Cruise, Mangalore. The event was held on the occasion of the handover of charge to the new committee headed by CA K S Kamath. Shri Pradeep G Pai, MD Hangyo Ice Creams Pvt Ltd was the Chief Guest and Shri Yogish Nayak S, CGM(Finance), MRPL was the Guest of Honour.
During the programme, CA S S Nayak, the Immediate past chairman with Smt. Sandhya S Nayak was felicitated for their commendable contributions to the Branch during his tenure. Shri Pradeep G Pai,said that the role of CA's in the development of the country is commendable. Just like there is a woman behind every successful man, there is a CA behind every successful businessman.
CA Yogish Nayak S spoke about the evolution of CA profession and the opportunities for CA’s in Industry as well. After the formal event, many entertainment programs were organized for the invitees. Magnificent "Nail Dance" performance by award winner Kumari Ramona Pereira stole the show.
CA A R Musba, CA Prasanna Shenoy, CA Gautham Nayak, CA Gautham Pai and CA Ananthapadmanabha were present on the occasion. The programs were compered by CA Yashashwini, CA Rochelle and CA Malavika. Nail art, Tattoo art, Caricature and many other entertainment activities were organized. Every year, the CA members' get together is held in a grand way. Being the Golden Jubilee Year, the Mangaluru Branch of ICAI will be hosting many more events for CA members and students this year , said new Chairman CA KS Kamath.
